You decided to change. You meant it. For a while, something shifted. Then, somewhere between the decision and the destination, the momentum quietly ran out.
At some point, most of us hit a moment where the life we’ve built doesn’t quite fit anymore. The job title still makes sense on paper. The routine is familiar. People around us seem to think everything’s fine.
But something feels off. That feeling is not a crisis. That’s growth trying to happen.
Most of us are really good at avoiding challenge. We gravitate towards people and situations that make us feel comfortable, validated and safe.
That comfort zone you're protecting so carefully is also the thing keeping you exactly where you are.
We carry around the weight of all the expectations about how we should feel, where we should be, who we should be by now like invisible baggage we've forgotten we are holding.
How can you become aware of this baggage and put it down?
Constant motion masks what's really going on beneath the surface. Until you take that second to look at yourself and see what you've been missing, you'll just keep doing the same thing over and over.
